Right of withdrawal

Do you regret your purchase or did you have different expectations of the products? You have the option to cancel the purchase without giving any reason during 14 days after receipt. During this cooling-off period you must handle the product and the packaging with care. Also read the general terms and conditions.

How does it work?

Register your return within 14 days of receipt via info@kleinelievelijne.nl, so that I know that I can expect a return. An e-mail with the necessary information (name, order number and which products you are returning) is sufficient. If necessary, you may complete the withdrawal form and enclose it with your return.

Pack the undamaged product well and carefully in the original packaging to prevent damage en route. Always keep the proof of shipment of your return shipment.

After receipt in good order by Kleine Lievelijne, you will receive the purchase amount of the product in question within 14 days. Costs for the return shipment are for the account of the consumer. See also the general terms and conditions.
